Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo hot sauce, and ranch dressing until fully coated.
Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the rolls in the baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the chicken. Add crumbled blue cheese if using.
Place the top half of the rolls on top of the cheese and chicken.
In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Cover the dish loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Let the sliders cool for 5 minutes before slicing into individual portions.
Garnish with green onions, extra buffalo sauce, or a drizzle of ranch if desired.
