These turkey sliders are warm, melty, seasoned, and baked to golden perfection on soft Hawaiian rolls. They are fast to assemble and always a hit for dinner, parties, or game day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package 12-count Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound sliced turkey
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally to separate the tops from the bottoms and place the bottom layer in a baking dish.
  • Layer the sliced turkey evenly over the bottom rolls.
  • Place the provolone cheese slices on top of the turkey.
  • Add the top layer of rolls to complete the sliders.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  • Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning across the buttered tops.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden and the cheese has melted.
  • Remove from the oven and let the sliders rest for 2 to 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
